What's included
Every order includes the same standards.
No tiers, no "premium" add-ons for things that should be standard. These four things are included in every engagement, regardless of order size.
Copy approval
You review and approve the copy direction before any review is placed. We share the themes, scenarios, tone, and service specifics we'll use across the batch. You push back, redirect, or approve. Nothing moves until you're satisfied.
Velocity-safe placement
Every order is paced against your existing review profile and platform norms. No floods, no spikes that trigger algorithmic scrutiny. Delivery over 2–6 weeks, modeled to match the cadence of natural organic growth for a business at your scale.
Post-delivery tracking
We monitor every placed review for 90 days after delivery and send you a completion report when the batch is fully live. You'll know exactly what posted, when, and what your profile looks like as of delivery.
Direct communication
No support tickets, no account portal. You communicate directly with the team handling your order. We're reachable by email throughout the engagement and respond within one business day.

Pricing questions
Do I pay if a review gets removed within 90 days?
No. Replacements for any review removed in the 90-day guarantee window are included in your original order price. No additional invoice, no additional approval needed. We monitor and handle it automatically.
Do you offer refunds?
We assess before we accept, so we don't take orders we don't believe we can deliver. Once an order is placed and delivery has begun, we don't offer refunds — but we do offer replacements under the 90-day guarantee. For removal services, we only charge on success, so the refund question largely doesn't apply.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes. 10 reviews for generation services (Google or Trustpilot), 2 removals for removal service. The minimums exist because the onboarding, copy development, and account coordination have a fixed cost that doesn't scale below those thresholds.
Can I mix platforms in one order?
Yes. Google + Trustpilot bundle orders are available and eligible for bundle pricing at combined volumes of 25+. The onboarding is shared, and we coordinate delivery timing across platforms to keep the combined activity pattern natural. Email us for a bundle quote.
How do I pay?
Invoice via email on order confirmation. Net-15 payment terms. We accept ACH, wire, and major credit cards. For removal service, invoices are issued only on successful removal — never in advance for that service.
